We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the pet bed. If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way after receiving it, you can apply for a return or exchange according to our refund policy. - Return Conditions

The packaging and all accompanying items (such as instructions, labels, etc.) must be intact.
